Proactive Network Monitoring

Proactive Cloud Based Enterprise Network Monitoring allows our staff of network engineers to identify potential problems and bottlenecks before it affects users.

Our engineers can easily identify potential problems by looking at our SNMP network monitoring system. GuestLinX uses SNMP to track changes in remote network devices and not just up and down status.

Our engineers and network technicians work with guests and hotel staff to resolve most of the issues remotely by connecting to the network via secured Office-to-Office VPN that gives them full access to the network.

GuestLinX uses POE switches and PDUs (Power Distribution Unit) to remotely reboot devices without the need of On-Site help.

Our enterprise monitoring system alerts our engineers and technicians within 5 minutes of network devices status changes, which gives us the ability to quickly resolve issues.
